Contact Editorial & Support

We welcome correspondence from travelers, art historians, educators, and tour coordinators. Whether you have identified an upcoming liturgical schedule change, observed a new security queue configuration in St. Peter's Square, or wish to propose an architectural correction, our Rome-based editorial team is eager to hear from you.

Please note that stpetersbasilica.ai.studio is an independent visitor guide and informational portal. We are not the official administrative office of the Fabbrica di San Pietro, the Holy See Press Office, or the Vatican Excavations Office (Ufficio Scavi). For official sacramental matters, private papal audience ticket requests through the Prefecture of the Papal Household, or official ecclesiastical authorizations, please consult the official Vatican state channels directly.

For questions regarding ticket orders, guided tour bookings, or reservation adjustments booked through our affiliate links, please refer directly to your GetYourGuide booking confirmation email, which includes 24/7 multilingual customer support telephone lines and instant in-app modification tools.
